I have spent time looking around on Reece's Rainbow lately. There are so many beautiful children listed on this site. Most born with Down Syndrome. There is one little girl in particular who has really grabbed at my heart. Her name is Chelsea. She is a precious little girl. It breaks my heart to know that if noone steps forward to adopt her she will soon move to a mental institution where she will live out the rest of her life. That is such a sad reality. Especially knowing that if given the resources these children can live very productive and beautiful lives. But not if they are locked away in institutions. Not if they miss out on the one thing they need most in life....the love of a family. I have been praying and praying for a family to step forward to adopt her, but it has not happened as of yet. I am asking you to pray with me that a family will be found. She needs it. She DESERVES it. They all do. God did not make a mistake when he created her life, now she needs the opportunity to live it to the fullest. The chance to truely experience life. Please pray with me for her.
